  • Waitlist/Transfer Requests Update

    Waitlist

    Although there will not be another official waitlist, we currently have four available slots due to transfer requests. Anyone interested in attending can email mih2025krabi@yahoo.com. These requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Transfer Requests

    Transfer requests received up to 21 September that cannot be accommodated will be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be determined after the event, once we have calculated the costs already incurred on behalf of all attendees.

    Transfer requests or cancellations made after 21 September will not be refunded. However, those who cancel or transfer after this date are welcome to find a replacement attendee if they wish.

  • Registration Final Update

    Registration is now fully closed, and unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept any more names for the waitlist.

  • Registration Status

    The original first phase registration is now CLOSED, as we had reached 400 places.
    However, 37 folks did not pay in time or cancelled, so in the second phase registration, those slots have been allocated to the first 37 on the waitlist. These folks have until 1st March 2025 to pay up and if they don’t the process will start again.
